Jsya9 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including interbank transfers (IBG/FPX), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as other online payment methods.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for your deposit (same-source principle). jsya9 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a security measure.

The bank account or digital wallet registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as the jsya9 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
